Ingredients:
- 100g soft butter
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 90g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100g self-rising flour
- 2 handfuls of blueberries
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Mix the butter with the vanilla sugar and sugar until light yellow and creamy
- Add one egg and mix
- Add a second egg and mix
- Add the self-rising flour and fold in gently with a spatula
- Add two handfuls of blueberries and fold in gently with a spatula
- Add cupcake liners to a cupcake tin and divide the batter evenly
- Bake for circa 25-30 minutes
- Let cool down and enjoy!
