These are the easiest chocolate chip cookies you will ever make!
Recipe: (makes 12 small ones or 6 big ones)
Ingredients:
- 100g selfrising flour
- 50g sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 75g soft butter
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 50g chopped milk chocolate (or any other flavour you prefer)
Recipe:
- Preheat the oven at 180°C
- Mix the dry ingredients
- Add the butter and milk and mix into a soft dough
- Mix in the chocolate chips
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper
- Scoop balls from the dough and transfer to the baking paper
- Press the dough with a wooden spoon until ca. 0,5 cm thick
- Bake for 15min or until goldenbrown at the edges
