I had a couple of leftover peaches from the market that really needed to be eaten and decided to use them for a delicious and spontaneous dessert!
I love to eat the crumble when it’s still hot from the oven and it would even be better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Recipe:
- Preheat oven 180°C
- Cut 2 yellow peaches and 6-8 strawberries into middlesized pieces
- Fill the baking dish evenly with the fruit
- Add a tablespoon of brown sugar and mix with the fruit
- In a separate bowl mix together: 50g oatmeal + 65g flower + 1 packet vanilla sugar (about 5g) + half a coffeespoon of cinnamon + 55g soft butter
- Mix to form a crumbly dough and spread evenly over the fruit in the baking dish
- Bake in the oven for ca. 25min
